Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and leading the customer renewal stage. As we are at the early stage of our journey, there is plenty of low-hanging fruit to explore, providing significant growth opportunities. This role has the potential to evolve into a Sales Manager or International Partnerships Manager position as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present and promote our platform and services to potential clients.
  • Lead and manage the customer renewal process, ensuring high retention rates.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Focus Markets

  • Primary focus on the Netherlands (NL) and Belgium (BE).
  • Testing in other European markets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the tech or event marketing industry.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English language.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in managing customer renewals is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: Having a network in Events and Festival sector is a plus, but not required.
